ICCF promotes stable communites’ activities rooted in peace, independence, and self- sufficiency to facilitate the growth and development of Black, newcomers and less privileged members through community associations across Canada.

Our mission

The mission of the Independent Community Consulting Firm (ICCF) is to help identify and secure Federal and Provincial grants to support the work and training programs for not-for-profit Black-led organizations to better serve Black and visible minority communities across Canada.

Our vision

To foster social interactions among various visible minority communities across Canada by collaborating with our clientele, government departments and agencies, public and private organizations to help reduce social and economic inequality among Black and visible minority communities across Canada.

Objective

ICCF promotes stable communities’ activities rooted in peace, independence, and self-sufficiency to facilitate the growth and development of Black, and visible minority organizations across Canada to:

1. To strengthen organization operational capacity through the revision of existing programs, expand and/or adopt new programs and services that align with the organization’s mandate.

2. To identify Federal and provincial grant/funding to ensure the delivery and implementation of the newly revised or adapted programs and services to better serve the community.

3. To conduct strategic planning focusing on Board of directors, executive leadership training, funding, sustainability and strategy to maintain organization capacity, operational effectiveness and efficiency.

4. Provide project management services focusing on project implementation strategy, financial reporting, survey, evaluation, data analyses, etc.

Organizational assessment and a strategic plan of action on operational improvement and efficiency.
  • Strategic planning focusing on funding sustainability
  • Financial policy review and improvement
  • Board of Director training focusing on their responsibility and contribution to organizational operational efficiency in areas of accountability and ethical policy/decision-making process.
  • Executive Staff Leadership Training focusing on program management sustainability strategic plan.
  • Accounting Services and Registration of business name and HST with the CRA.
  • Training on HR Policies and procedures.
  • Leadership training on the essential communication, collaboration, and management skills needed to empower and inspire innovation and teamwork.
  • Training on developing strategies to strengthen organization power to build strong mutual-influence relationships within the organization, with clientele and stakeholders.
  • Staff Training – How to Use Virtual Platforms Safely and Effectively
  • Provide strategic planning reports and recommendations on the organization’s operational effectiveness.
  • Data review and analysis.
